Hello, I’m Deshna Shah—a psychologist and co-founder of The TherapySphere.

My approach to therapy is eclectic, rooted in psychodynamic principles, and tailored to each client’s unique journey. I deeply believe that our past experiences shape us, and understanding it helps us create a fulfilling present and future. As a therapist, I integrate expressive arts into my practice, encouraging clients to explore their emotions. Whether it’s drawing, music, doodling, painting, or movement, these tools open doors to self-discovery and healing in ways words sometimes cannot.

Beyond the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, exploring new cafes, trying out different coffee recipes, binge-watching series, and indulging in some retail therapy. I love romanticizing life and finding joy in the little things—whether it’s the aroma of a freshly brewed coffee, the charm of a cozy café, or the beauty of a quiet moment.

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of their mental health. My passion is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential for growth and transformation. I believe in building a collaborative relationship with each client, working together towards their goals, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.

I am devoted to creating an inclusive space that honors diversity, while also standing as a strong advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. I am dedicated to being a compassionate ally on your journey, helping you unlock your inner strengths and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Let’s create a space where you can explore, express, and evolve together!
